Method
Make a well in the flour and pour in the oil, sugar, wine and yeast; mix everything well and make a soft dough.
Divide the mass into many portions from which you obtain cords the thickness of a little finger; cut them into pieces of about 15 cm, form many circles and, after having passed them in the sugar (on one side only), arrange them on the cooking base; place them in the preheated oven and cook for about 20 minutes at 150°, with the heat supplied only from the lower part.
Recommended wine
Cooked or raisin wine
It would be preferable to use a wood oven for cooking.
