Father Armando Quaglia was born in Controguerra, to Filippo and Grazia Fanesi, on February 2, 1912, and passed away on November 18, 2002. He was a Franciscan friar who did a lot to help the least and to renew the Order. He was Provincial Minister of the Picena Province and during his life he published numerous articles and various precious publications.
