The Golden Bell

According to a legend, already known to Alfonso Panichi, in ancient times a golden bell was kept in the church of the Madonna delle Grazie. The precious artifact would have been hidden, perhaps during a battle or a danger looming over Controguerra, and since then it would have been lost. Many would have tried to find the golden bell by digging around the church, but no one has ever succeeded.
