Nordic Walking

The peculiar conformation of the Controguerra territory allows you to practice some types of sports such as Nordic Walking, that here in Italy is also known as walking with sticks, equipped with equipment such as sticks, similar to that of cross-country skiing. A very nice route that can be taken for those who love this sport is the one that starts from Controguerra to arrive, in approximately an hour and a half on foot, at the hamlet of San Venanzo, a typical and suggestive hamlet that will make you fall in love.
