PRIVACY INFORMATION FOR INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS VIA E-MAIL
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data, interested parties are informed that the processing of data provided directly via the web portal in order to use the services offered or in any case acquired at for this purpose, it is carried out by the Municipality of Controguerra, in its capacity as Data Controller, and is aimed solely at carrying out the activities connected to the management of institutional communications which include the sending of messages via e-mail to the e-mail addresses provided in site of registration/registration on the portal.
The processing of personal data will therefore also be carried out with the use of automated procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes, guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data.
The personal data provided when registering/subscribing to the portal (name, surname, residence, telephone numbers, e-mail address, etc.) are used by e-mail communication services.
The provision of data is mandatory and any refusal precludes the possibility of using the services of the Municipality. The aforementioned data can also be used to send institutional communications not strictly connected to the service relating to registration on the portal but compatible with the institutional purposes. In any case, the interested parties have the right to request cancellation from the communication services by e-mail at any time.
The treatments will be carried out by the natural persons in charge of the relative procedure and designated as subjects authorized for the treatment. The data collected is not communicated to third parties, without prejudice to the possibility that the data can be known by subjects who intervene in the activity management procedure, suitably identified and possibly designated as data processors.
Based on the art. 15 and following of the EU Regulation, the interested parties (natural persons to whom the data refer) can exercise their rights at any time and in particular the right to access their personal data, to request its rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or erroneous and cancellation if collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment without prejudice to the existence of legitimate reasons on the part of the Data Controller.
